Cream Cheese Roll       from the kitchen of: Tammy Brousseau

 

 

1 8oz package cream cheese
1 stick real butter
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
3/4 cup confectioner sugar
3/4 cup mint chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Chopped pecans (optional)

Soften cream cheese and butter. Mix together. then add brown sugar and confectioner sugar. Stir in chips. Refrigerate for a couple of hours. Make a ball and roll in pecans.

 

Serve with graham crackers.
